When they installed the new glass they left the old one behind leaned against a wall - unbeknownst to me. It fell over and shattered all over my patio cutting my dogs paw. Furthermore, two years later the seal has failed on the glass. Avoid this business.
UPDATE 10/29/26 - The owner reached out to me right after reading my review. He replaced the window and apologized for his employee leaving the window behind last time. In his defense, I never contacted him to report the issue when it happened two years ago. Happy with his prompt response and fix.

Great experience! They were extremely responsive and came out very quickly. I explained the urgency of getting my window replaced, and he showed up with his team and took care of everything right away. The job was completed before I even finished a work call!
Fast, professional, and reliable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely call them again.

Had window sills replaced as well as the bottom of my slider replaced which had rotted away after forty years. The work was completed just before the nor’easter and they came through with flying colors! They look just like our other window sills which did not require replacement and our slider works like new and all for a fraction of the price to replace. Very pleased with the work done!

Prestige did a wonderful job with our special, oversized windows. Showed up as scheduled, technicians were super nice and polite. Once the job was done, they left the area cleaner then when they showed up. Highly recommend them.
