Our exterior balcony door would not close/lock properly and Prestige Window Works came to repair it. Andre and his assistant sourced a part from out of the country and it is fixed! Other contractors had suggested replacing the entire door which would have been QUITE A LARGER EXPENSE. He was neat and clean and efficient.

Professional and quick. The window was repaired well. The shape was difficult for them and although the window is slightly off one has to pay extreme attention to the edges to see that the bottom is slightly off. The seal that was created was tight and so no air goes through any longer. Overall well done and in a time period that was promised.
