Foggy Window Glass Replacement
Foggy window glass can disrupt the appearance and performance of a home, as one homeowner in Bohemia experienced. Moisture buildup between their double-pane windows had caused persistent fogging, making the windows look cloudy and reducing visibility. To resolve the issue, they turned to Prestige Window Works for professional foggy window glass replacement.
After a detailed inspection, the Prestige Window Works team identified failed seals as the cause of the fogging. The seals had allowed moisture to seep between the panes over time, necessitating a full glass replacement to restore the windows’ performance.
The process began by carefully removing the old, compromised glass. Using specialized tools, the team ensured that the existing window frames remained undamaged during the removal process.
Once the damaged glass was removed, the frames were thoroughly cleaned and prepped to ensure a smooth installation. This step was essential to guarantee the secure fit of the replacement glass.
Next, the team installed new double-pane glass, specifically designed to resist moisture infiltration. The panes were sealed with precision to prevent future seal failure and to keep the glass clear for years to come.
After installation, the team conducted a thorough quality check, testing the glass and seal integrity. The homeowners in Bohemia were delighted with the results, impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Prestige Window Works team.
If your windows are foggy or showing signs of seal failure, contact Prestige Window Works today for expert foggy window glass replacement in Bohemia. Let our team provide a solution that restores both appearance and performance.
