We needed an emergency window repair and Prestige Window Works came within hours of our call and promised that our broken window would be repaired the same day. They did not disappoint! After a burglary left us shaken and upset, we began calling every window and glass repair company in the area trying to find someone who would come and complete a repair the same day. We needed to get our life back to normal and that did not include a boarded up window for two weeks. Well Prestige Window Works was our savior. They came quickly and the owner gave his word that after taking all of the appropriate measurements, he would return and have our broken double pane Andersen window repaired good as new before sunset. He returned just hours later and the repair was completed exactly as he promised. He and a helper collected all of the broken glass from the area, installed the new thermal glass into our existing frame, and finished the repair with the window looking exactly as it had when it was brand new. They really did an awesome job at a reasonable price. We were so happy with the job that we scheduled them to return and repair another window that had been needing repair for some time. Again, they offered a price that was both fair and competitive with quotes that we had received in the past. In a day and age where customer's are just a number and companies are always looking to take advantage of you, Prestige Window Works is a refreshing throwback to simpler times when workmanship and customer service were king!!!
