Outstanding service the company provided. Prestige does exactly what it’s named like. Andrey is the person we’ve dealt with and he walked us through from the beginning to the end of the service. The service and dealing with the companies took less than an hour, which would’ve taken much longer time or even day for me or someone who doesn’t know how and where even to start from. Andrey handled the lock replacement on my front door. He was wonderful. He gave me a realistic timetable for the parts to arrive. The day the parts arrived, he was already booked. So, after his work day was complete, he personally came to my home at night, and installed the new lock. A true professional. I highly recommend Andrey / Prestige to anyone with a door / window job.

Our exterior balcony door would not close/lock properly and Prestige Window Works came to repair it. Andre and his assistant sourced a part from out of the country and it is fixed! Other contractors had suggested replacing the entire door which would have been QUITE A LARGER EXPENSE. He was neat and clean and efficient.
