The service and dealing with the companies took less than an hour, which would’ve taken much longer time or even day for me or someone who doesn’t know how and where even to start from. Our exterior balcony door would not close/lock properly and Prestige Window Works came to repair it. Andre and his assistant sourced a part from out of the country and it is fixed! Other contractors had suggested replacing the entire door which would have been QUITE A LARGER EXPENSE. He was neat and clean and efficient.
